At BHFL, Pawan is at the helm of the Near Prime and Affordable Housing strategic business unit, overseeing strategy, planning, and execution.

He joined Bajaj Housing Finance in the year 2024 as the Senior Executive Vice President for the Near Prime and Affordable Business. He also oversees the Rural and Emerging Business units.

Pawan has previously worked with ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, where he was the Chief Distribution Officer. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by qualification.
