Gagandeep Malhotra leads the Risk function at Bajaj Housing Finance, with responsibility for shaping and strengthening the organisation’s risk strategy, governance, and control environment.

He brings extensive experience across credit and operations, with deep expertise in residential and commercial real estate financing, including lending to developers and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Citibank, contributing to strategic initiatives and business growth.

Gagandeep holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from NIT Kurukshetra and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from IIT Kanpur.
