Dr. Naushad Forbes serves as an Independent Director at Bajaj Finserv Limited. He earned his undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. degrees from Stanford University.

Dr. Forbes is the Co-Chairman of Forbes Marshall, India’s leading team engineering and control instrumentation firm. He also chairs the steam engineering companies within the Group.

From 1987-2004, Dr. Forbes served as a consulting professor at Stanford University, where he developed courses on technology in newly industrialising countries. Additionally, he serves on the boards of various educational institutions and publicly listed companies.

The National Committees on Higher Education, Innovation, Technology, and International Business were presided over by Dr. Forbes, who has been an active member of CII for a long time. Dr. Forbes was President of CII from 2016-2017.

Radhika Haribhakti is an Independent Director at Bajaj Finserv Limited. Radhika Haribhakti has over 30 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, working with Bank of America, JM Morgan Stanley, and DSP Merrill Lynch. She has advised several giant corporates and led their equity and debt offerings in domestic and international capital markets. She currently provides advisory services at RH Financial but primarily serves as an Independent Director on multiple corporate boards.

She serves on the Boards of Directors of several companies, including ICRA Limited, EIH Associated Hotels Limited, Navin Fluorine International Limited, Pipeline Infrastructure Limited, Rain Industries Limited, and Torrent Power Limited. She is a member of several board committees at these companies, some of which she chairs.

Radhika Haribhakti has been closely associated with women empowerment and financial inclusion and has over 18 years of experience serving on non-profit boards, including 12 years as chairperson. She is the former Chair of Friends of Women’s World Banking (FWWB) and Swadhaar FinAccess, two non-profits engaged in providing financial solutions to women in economically disadvantaged communities. She also previously served on the Governing Council of Citigroup Micro Enterprise Award and CII’s National Committee on Women Empowerment.

Radhika Haribhakti has a graduation degree in Commerce from Gujarat University. She is also a postgraduate in management from IIM Ahmedabad.

He has reshaped digital consumer financing in India with a consumer-first, digital approach and a culture focused on excellence through innovative disruption. He is on the board of many of his group operating companies and also a Board Member of the Indian School of Business, a member of the International Advisory Board, Allianz SE, the International Technology Advisory Panel of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and the Regional Stewardship Board for India and South Asia 2019-2020 of the World Economic Forum.

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) has elected Sanjiv as its president for 2022–2023. He has been engaged with the industry body for many years at the state, regional and national levels and has led the CII National Committees on Insurance & Pensions and the CII Taskforce on Fintech.

Sanjiv is the younger son of Rahul and Rupa Bajaj and was born on November 2, 1969. He completed his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune and his M.Sc. in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with distinction from the University of Warwick, UK. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, USA.

In an interview with ET Now, Sanjiv Bajaj stated, "For India to realise its full potential, the country will need another ten Bajaj Finances and ten HDFC Banks."
