The Company is ~26K team strong, operates across over 595 branches, has India’s only Agency channel that is 100% digital with has a network of around 1.6 lakh Insurance Consultants (agents). The Company offers Bespoke Banca experience to India’s leading Banks and financial institutes and is proud to have India’s leading Direct channel.

Tarun’s rich industry tenure of over three decades, includes leadership roles at PNB Met Life and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. His rich experience continues to fuel his transformational approach to create sustained innovation and growth within the Company. His engagement extends to industry and academia. He serves on governing councils and advisory boards, including IIM Sambalpur. An IIT Delhi and IIM Lucknow alumnus, Tarun resides with his family in Mumbai.
