As the leader of the Agency business channel, Sameer anchors his business strategies on the promise of delivering superior customer experience. He empowers the large force of the Company’s Insurance Consultants (ICs, or agents as popularly known in the industry) with digital assets and easy to access knowledge of the Company’s value-packed life insurance products and seamless services. He consistently invests towards training and development of the ICs to ensure they understand the customers’ Life Goals and respond to their needs accordingly.

Sameer has been with Bajaj Life Insurance since 2014 and also led the HR function at the Company. Sameer has spent nearly 17 years in the life insurance sector, and is a seasoned leader with a focus of driving businesses to the path of profitability. A result-oriented distribution specialist, Sameer is skilled in business planning, sales and talent management.

Prior to joining Bajaj Life Insurance, Sameer worked with HDFC Life and ICICI Prudential Life leading different business channels. Sameer is a Physics graduate and has completed his MMS in Marketing from Mumbai University. He enjoys teaching and playing Table Tennis.
