Rajesh, a seasoned BFSI specialist, comes with over 26 years of cross-functional and leadership experience in the Banking & Insurance industry.

Customer centricity is a key part of Rajesh’s role at Bajaj Life Insurance, where he drives the brand’s customer obsession journey through various strategic interventions and initiatives. He is also responsible for achieving deeper stakeholder engagement, through best-in-class processes built to deliver safe, secure and seamless experiences across the board.

In his previous stint, Rajesh held the position of Chief - Customer Service & Operations at Pramerica Life Insurance. He has also worked with leading brands including ICICI Prudential Life, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Thomas Cook and others.

Rajesh is an alumnus of INSEAD Business School, and has a PGDBA certification from Symbiosis. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance, and a Licentiate from the Insurance Institute of India.

He is an avid traveller, reader, and a sports enthusiast, and is fluent in six languages. Rajesh also volunteers to provide access to education for underprivileged children and for the protection of animals against cruelty.
