Prior to joining Bajaj General, Avais held senior roles at Bajaj Finserv and Allianz Group where he served on several Boards of Directors across Europe and Asia. A business economics graduate from the College of Wooster, USA, and a Master's in Actuarial Science from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland, Avais blends global insight with technical excellence.
