Alpana Singh is a veteran in the General Insurance sector with over 30 years of experience in various leadership capacities. She has been with Bajaj General Insurance Limited (formerly known as Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited) since 2004 and has handled various roles since then. Currently, she is the Chief Mentor – Institutional Business.

Alpana used to head the Agri Business, Bancassurance, and Sales Training teams of the Company. Her perseverance, focus, and hard work have catapulted the Bancassurance channel from a minor contributor to the Company to a major player not just in the Company but also in the General Insurance industry in India. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Honors from St. Mary's College, Shillong, Meghalaya. She also holds a degree in Creative Innovation from IIM Indore.
