Pratik Jasani serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Whole-time Director of the Company. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and has been affiliated with the Bajaj Group since March 2007, where he has held numerous positions across Bajaj Auto Limited, Bajaj General Insurance, and most recently, Bajaj Finance Limited.

During his tenure at Bajaj Finance, he has exhibited noteworthy excellence in areas like Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, PMO, Finance Automation, IFC, Insurance, and GL Controllership. He was a pioneer in setting up the GL Control, PMO, IFC and Automation units in the Finance function.

Additionally, he has managed various projects like IND AS implementation, GST implementation, Moratorium, Ex-Gratia, Migration of legacy systems, as well as new platform evaluation and implementation. His role in the Company encompasses financial reporting, banking relationships, management accounting, treasury, and other finance related areas. He also plays a key role in maintaining full financial control and sustainable growth of the company.
