Sidhant is the Deputy CEO of Bajaj Finance Limited, leading the MSME, B2C, and gold loan verticals. He drives strategic direction of the key lending franchise and enabling sustainable growth at scale.

Sidhant joined Bajaj Finance in 2008 and has since built his leadership journey by progressively taking on larger responsibilities, building businesses, distribution leadership and portfolio stewardship. He has played a pivotal role in scaling up the MSME franchise before expanding his leadership role to additional businesses.

Known for his execution rigour and people leadership, Sidhant is recognised for streamlining operating models and building high-performing teams that deliver consistently in dynamic market environments. His leadership style balances speed with control, driving simplification and digitisation while reinforcing a strong culture of accountability and performance.

As part of his current mandate, Sidhant continues to drive growth, expand distribution channels, strong risk discipline and customer-centric execution.

Prior to joining Bajaj Finance, Sidhant held leadership roles at CitiFinancials Consumer Finance and Yes Bank. He is an MBA from Infinity Business School, Delhi, and holds a leadership certificate from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
