Manish Jain is the Deputy CEO of Bajaj Finance Limited, where he leads key business verticals including Consumer Sales Finance, Payments, and Insurance Distribution across both urban and rural markets.

He brings over 28 years of experience spanning Consumer Finance and FMCG, with a focus on building and scaling new businesses and leading large, high-performing teams. Since joining Bajaj Finance in 2014, he has played a key role in expanding core businesses, launching new ventures, and accelerating digital and technology-led transformation across consumer and product segments

Known for his sharp analytical approach, deep expertise in P&L management and risk management, Manish has successfully incubated new businesses, scaled existing ones, and transformed mature businesses for high growth.

Prior to Bajaj Finance, he held leadership positions at GE India, GE–SBI Cards, Hindustan Unilever, and Asian Paints, gaining diverse cross-industry experience.

Manish holds an MBA in Marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
