Harjeet is the Deputy CEO of Bajaj Finance Limited heading business verticals of Wheels -Including Cars, Two-Wheelers, Commercial vehicles and Tractors. He Also leads Microfinance, Leasing, Strategic Partnerships, Direct Assignment and Co-Lending business.

Harjeet joined Bajaj Finance in 2022 and brings with him a rich 33 years of experience in consumer banking and finance.

He has worked across various customer segments, including MSME, retail, and micro-enterprises in rural and urban markets. He has held senior leadership roles in Indian and multinational banks and NBFCs, where he has built and scaled up diverse retail and financial inclusion businesses.

He brings with him extensive experience in risk management, data-driven insights and leveraging technology to ensure sustainable profits through economic cycles.

Prior to Bajaj Finance, Harjeet worked in leadership roles across RBL Bank, Fullerton India, ABN AMRO and Bank of America. 

Harjeet is a management graduate from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, with a Bachelor's degree in engineering.
