Anupam Sirbhaiya is the Group Chief – Human Resources Officer at Bajaj Finserv Limited.

As Group CHRO, he leads HR strategy across group companies, partners with company leadership to strengthen HR practices, Talent Management, Organisation development and Administration. Anupam joined the group in 2016 to establish the Group Learning Academy and subsequently served as Chief – Human Resources and Administration at Bajaj Finance from February 2019 to October 2025 driving key HR initiatives and aligning people strategy with business priorities.

Before joining Bajaj Finserv Group, Anupam led the India practice at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), advising organizations on leadership and capability development. As an alumnus of XLRI and NIT Surathkal, he brings over 3 decades of diverse experience across Sales, Leadership consulting and Business HR.
